Simon commenced his career in the Commercial Property Industry originally as a refrigeration and air-conditioning technician. After many years as a technician providing services to a large group of select clients, he formed strong relationships with various facilities and project managers across the board. Simon's first management position was at JLL where he was promoted to a leadership role, managing a team on a private portfolio (Makris Group). This role also began his foray into client-side project management where he began managing large scale building services upgrade works across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire protection, and vertical transport services. He also later had the opportunity to carry out project coordination services upgrade works for a state government tenancy within a premium office building.
His next career move was as an Asset Manager, at one of most preeminent family property & development groups. This role was a multi-disciplined and included property management, facilities management, commercial office/retail leasing, and project management. Within this role he was able to gain valuable experience in the management of Lessor works,and building services upgrade works. This role afforded him the opportunity to work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants where he was able to expand his professional greatly.

Simon currently provides facilities management services to a small portfolio of key office building assets and is otherwise dedicated to a role in which he is responsible for delivery of all project coordination services across the entire portfolio of Knight Frank managed assets, as well as other private clients. Simon also provides an array of consulting services in the form of condition audits and reports, capital expenditure planning, and strategic repositioning advice for general building services and amenities.
