Preparing your property
If you let your property through Knight Frank Australia, our dedicated Property Management team will assist you in preparing your property for viewing. In a competitive rental market, the presentation of your property is the most effective way of securing a suitable tenant. We have provided some brief information below, particular consideration should be given to letting the property furnished or unfurnished:
- Think about the type of tenants you are hoping to attract and provide colours that will appeal to a broad range
- Furnishings should be of a good standard and represent the type of property you are letting
- Fixtures and furnishings of an inferior quality or in bad condition are not acceptable
