Michelle joined Knight Frank in September 2014 as an Accounts and Administration Assistant. As part of her role Michelle is proficient in Microsoft CRM, Great Plains, AS400, MRI and REST. Michelle was directly involved in the implementation of the firm's new trust accounting system and also developed the methodology for the monthly investment reconciliation, a statutorily mandated requirement, within the Perth Office. Michelle's responsibilities include accounts receivable, debt collection, as well as general administration duties required by the Finance department.
