Max commenced his career as a valuer with Knight Frank and has since held national roles in capital transactions and property development in Adelaide and Sydney.
Max is focused on the sale of institutional grade real estate in Adelaide and alignment with both domestic and offshore capital. He works closely with Knight Frank's national Capital Markets team and wider APAC network.
Max had a strong financial modelling and assets pricing expertise with multi-sector experience across Office, Retail, Industrial and Healthcare. Max brings technical buy-side transaction experience and a strong understanding of alternative capital structures including funding throughs, joint ventures, and complex debt and equity arrangements.
