Matt’s strong transactional capability is underpinned by more than two decades of professional valuation experience. Matt became a Partner at Knight Frank Newcastle in 2017, and previously led the Valuation & Advisory business, overseeing a team responsible for major institutional, corporate and private valuation appointments. His valuation background provides a deep analytical foundation enabling him to assess project feasibility, manage risk and deliver evidence-based recommendations that support confident decision-making.
