Liam Bailey is Global Head of Knight Frank’s Research Department, leading the firm’s global research strategy and overseeing projects across the UK and international markets. He specialises in providing insight on property market trends, investment strategy and the intersection between global wealth and real estate, drawing on extensive experience advising at local, regional and global levels.

He works with developers, investors and funders, delivering research and strategic guidance to support decision‑making across a range of sectors and geographies. Over the past decade, Liam has led the development of Knight Frank’s global wealth research programme, including the firm’s flagship Wealth Report, and is a regular contributor to market commentary on wealth trends and their impact on property markets.
