Partner and Senior Legal Counsel (APAC) and Company Secretary, at Knight Frank, with over 18 years’ experience across private practice and in-house roles. I specialise in commercial and real estate law, with extensive experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance. My work spans advising on high-profile acquisitions, divestments, and complex property transactions across all major real estate asset classes, office, retail, industrial, data centres and residential, alongside procurement, asset management, global property advisory, construction, and project management.
In addition, I have experience negotiating technology contracts and advising on matters relating to AI and data security. I bring a client-focused, commercially minded approach that balances business and financial objectives with robust risk mitigation to achieve practical, defensible outcomes.
