Jack Needham has over 6 years’ experience in property valuations, consultancy advice and investment acquisition, specialising in major investments and discounted cash flow analysis in the industrial and suburban office markets.
He has specific expertise and experience in the valuation of major industrial investments within the Sydney metropolitan, Hunter and Wollongong regions.
In addition, Jack worked as a National Analyst in a prior role with key responsibilities including producing submissions for the divestment of industrial assets, information memorandums, modelling/pricing institutional grade assets and portfolios for disposal.
Jack joined Knight Frank in May 2019 based in the Sydney CBD office as part of Valuations and Advisory NSW team.
