Halimah joined Knight Frank in November 2011 following 15 years working as a personal and town planning assistant with other leading valuation, town planning and surveying practices in the ACT and QLD.
Halimah has extensive experience in the unique and complex ACT leasehold system including the preparation, lodgement and management of development applications for Crown Lease variations and grants of further Crown Lease extensions, Unit Title applications and registration of Crown Leases and Instruments of Variations. Halimah has assisted on complex research projects, the preparation of reports for submission to Councils and Planning Tribunals and has developed a specialisation in Crime Prevention through Environmental Design (CPTED). Halimah is qualified as a CPTED practitioner.
