Greg has over 40 years’ experience in property valuations, consultancy advice and rental determinations specialising in the wide variety of property types with particular emphasis on retail, commercial and industrial buildings, development sites and projects, rural home sites and subdivisions and residential properties for a variety of purposes including purchase and disposal, mortgage security, rating valuations, asset revaluations and compulsory acquisition by Government authorities.
Greg has extensive experience in South Western Sydney, the Southern Highlands and Southern Tablelands as well as the Illawarra region. He has also previously been involved in the valuation of numerous large retail complexes throughout NSW and Queensland and the valuation for acquisition purposes of both rural homesites and proposed residential land surrounding the South West Rail Link from Glenfield to Leppington and the widening of the Princes Highway from Kiama to Berry.
Valuation reports are often prepared by Greg for court related matters and he has experience acting as an Expert Witness for same. In addition he undertakes project feasibility studies.
