Flynn has started work at Knight Frank as part of the traineeship program. He is currently studying a Bachelor of Property and Real Estate at Deakin Uni where he is completing his final year. Flynn went to school at Wesley College, where he graduated year 12 in 2020. During his high school and early years at Uni he worked part time jobs at Red Rooster, Schnitz and Kmart.
