Duncan has over 30 years’ experience, in property management, starting his career in one of the major retail shopping centres for Westfield. His role was very diverse and included building management, project and fitout management, staff management, operational delivery, budgeting and developing relationships with all stakeholders.
During his retail management period Duncan also had experience in newly constructed projects including a short period interstate overseeing finalisation of the defect liability period at a new shopping centre in NSW.
Since joining Knight Frank in 2008, Duncan has successfully established himself as a Facilities Manager, managing several major commercial office buildings in the CBD as well as Industrial sites.
