David joined Knight Frank as Facilities Manager, Asset Management Services and has extensive experience within the building industry having worked across a range of building classes and types in Sydney, UK and the Gold Coast.
David is experienced in all aspects of Facilities Management including but not limited to the coordination of new fitouts, managing WHS issues, submitting detailed reports, audits and onsite inspections, budgets, and capital expenditure works. David has been involved in several complete building refurbishments and has extensive experience in air-conditioning systems, controls, fire systems, hydraulics and structural.
David is confident in his abilities to adapt and excel in a variety of situations and environments, with an ability to work with and get the best out of contractors and colleagues. David is experienced in developing tenant and client relationships and has enhanced the performance of all properties under his responsibility.
