Carmel has been in the Property Accounting and Administration Industry for almost 30 years with a focus on accounting, budgets and reporting. Carmel coordinates the monthly reporting and handles the day-to-day matters on the internal finance system. Carmel has worked closely with the property managers within the team for many years assisting with all aspects of asset management. She has worked on large client portfolios and on private client properties and is strongly focused on service support and coordination. Carmel’s strength and focus is on accounting, budgeting and client financial reporting. She has extensive experience in all aspects of finance and coordinates the Asset Management monthly reporting as well as the day-to-day finance systems.
