Brian joined the Knight Frank Facilities Management team, as an experienced plumber with over 20 years of service experience, working on a variety of asset classes from residential, Industrial, Health and Commercial Assets. Brian has also gained valuable experience in the construction industry, through his role as a site supervisor for Badge Construction, working on large-scale construction projects. During this time Brian has gain a wealth of maintenance and building knowledge allowing him to seamlessly transition into the role of Facilities Manager at Knight Frank.
As a Facilities Manager at Knight Frank, Brian's role encompasses, the preparation of OPEX/CAPEX budgets, management of reactive preventative maintenance, management of Essential Safety Provisions and site Compliance, and ensuring WHS and site safety is upheld at all times of his assets.
Brian utilizes his friendly demeanour and client centric focus to provide best in class service to his tenants and client alike. His current roles see him managing a wide variety of assets across Commercial, Industrial and Health on behalf of both institutional and private clients.
