Bee Sim is a highly experienced CPA with over 15 years of commercial experience both inside the profession and in the commercial real estate industry.
Joining Knight Frank in January, Bee will lead a process of Finance and Business Process Improvement as Special Projects Finance Manager. Bee will work alongside Deb Kemp, Partner, Interim CFO, to improve, and streamline key processes starting with revenue recognition, commission calculations and the implementation of new commission software. Prior to joining Knight Frank, Bee was financial controller at Harris Tripp where she oversaw two successful software migrations. Bee has also worked with Cushman & Wakefield Australia for five years in various capacities with her last role being Financial Controller ANZ leading a large and diverse team supporting the delivery of group strategy and commercial decision making. Prior to this Bee worked with PwC Australia and Singapore.
