Steven joined Knight Frank Valuations & Advisory Canberra in 2011. He was previously a principal, senior director and managing valuer with other leading valuation practices in the ACT.
Steven has worked in the property valuation industry for 30 years. Steven specialises in ACT valuations including rural leasehold property, commercial, industrial, residential land development and the ACT office market and consulting services.
Further, Steven has been Vice President of the Property Council of Australia (ACT Division) and is currently a member of the ACT Division Council. Steven has also been responsible for the vacancy surveys for the ACT Office Market for more than the past decade and chairs the PCA Grading Committee.
In 2008 Steven was awarded the Allan Wylucki Property Professional of the Year and in 2010 won the Australian Property Institute’s Property Industry Award. Steven is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute.
