Practicing since the early 1990’s, he has attained significant professional valuation and property advisory experience with a focus on regional Queensland locations / markets. His area of experience includes Accommodation (tourist parks, motels, and workforce related); Hotels (pub); Child Care; Rental valuations (both as a Determination expert and in providing submissions); and other complex Commercial, Retail and Industrial valuations.
