Michael started off his career as a fitter machinist in the earlier 90’s and under took further training in air conditioning & refrigeration. In 2000 was appointed as a Senior HVAC Maintenance officer with National Gallery of Australia. In 2009 transitioned to a Facilities Manager with Brookfield Multiplex Limited to manage the operation and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, fire system and hydraulic services in an office/data centre.
From 2010 - 2015 was employed as a Facilities Manager with Colliers International managing mixed use commercial offices, two 5 star hotels, a cinema complex and multiple retail facilities.
Since 2016, Michael has been working as a HVAC consultant with CCS Group in Canberra where he has undertaken training, mentoring and overseeing HVAC maintenance and installation programs for multiple office buildings.
