Fred has been involved in the property industry since 1996 and has a strong property management and finance background.
Commencing with Knight Frank Newcastle in 2006, Fred provides a wide range of experience in all aspects of Asset management, including financial, leasing, operations and marketing.
He has been involved in the management of major retail and commercial assets within the Sydney, North Coast and Hunter regions.
His major clients include a mix of institutional investors, superannuation funds and Government (local and state).
Fred is responsible for managing the Asset Management Portfolio in Newcastle and has a strong working relationship with both owners and lessees.
