Chris has been involved in the property industry for close to 20 years, inclusive of over 16 years’ experience as a property Valuer. Chris joined Knight Frank Newcastle in July 2013, to undertake mortgage and asset valuations, in addition to providing professional property advice. Chris is the specialist childcare valuer at Knight Frank Newcastle and has been valuing the various interests in childcare centres for in excess of 13 years throughout metropolitan and regional NSW, currently a specialist childcare panel valuer for National Australia Bank Westpac and BankWest. Chris is a personal appointment valuer for ANZ (retail and commercial property) and is on the ANZ panel for large, mixed use residential development projects.
