Dr Tony McGough started at Knight Frank in April 2022 as Head of Research and Consulting, Victoria. Tony brings with him a wealth of knowledge and nearly 30 years’ experience in the real estate research field, particularly the areas of modelling, forecasting, market analysis and investment research. Tony is particularly well known for his work in pricing and valuation, cycles and bubbles and rental and yield models. Tony has worked in commercial real estate around the world and held positions based in London, Montreal and Melbourne; in roles such as Global Head of Forecasting and Strategy and Head of Global Real Estate Strategy. Prior to joining Knight Frank, Tony was, for the last six years, lecturing at RMIT in Property and Capital Markets and Corporate Real Estate Finance. Tony has a PhD based in Property Investment and Market Analysis and an exuberant presentation style.
