Andrea has over 25 years of experience working in Commercial Property, predominantly based in Sydney, Australia. Andrea joined Knight Frank Australia in April 2020 to head up the Leasing business across Australia.
Prior to Knight Frank, Andrea has held senior positions in Australia’s leading Property Institutions. Most recently Andrea held the position of Head of Investment Management for Office at AMP Capital and prior to that Head of Asset Management in Office and Logistics at The GPT Group. Andrea also spent 11 years at Colonial First State Global Asset Management as Regional Portfolio Manager across the Commonwealth Property Office Fund.
Andrea’s client side experience lead to this leadership position at Knight Frank as Andrea provides the benefit of understanding what is required to deliver superior asset performance to property owners and investors through her experience in Investment and Funds Management. Andrea has extensive experience in development, refurbishment and repositioning projects across prime office assets across the country. One of Andrea’s career highlights was working for 8 years on the development scheme for 5 Martin Place, from development application(s) through to the pre-commitment lease to Ashurst Australia.
Andrea is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has presided as Chairman of the Martin Place Owners Group since 2012.
