Christian joined the Knight Frank team in July 2017, bringing 38 years' experience across all areas of real estate in both the Australian and London markets, with a specialisation in the divestment of commercial investment assets and large-scale development sites throughout the Brisbane CBD, near-city and metropolitan markets. In his current role, Christian is a partner in the Investment Sales division.
With a strong understanding of leasing market fundamentals, Christian has assisted developers, landlords, vendors and investors with their specific property needs, including site acquisition, feasibility analysis, project marketing, tenant advocacy and consultancy, with a particular focus on asset divestment. He has also played a key role in the sale of development sites achieved through the amalgamation of multiple unit holdings, spanning inner-city, suburban and regional locations, acting on behalf of private landowners, development corporations, not-for-profit groups and government organisations.
