CJ is a well-rounded and a respected property professional who has left his mark with operational and sustainability excellence in newbuild as well as established assets. Tertiary qualified in Information Systems and Software Engineering, he has delivered Australian first NABERS ratings in assets such as 171 Collins Street achieving Australian first 6 stars energy NABERS rating (without backing of zero emission power). He has also made superior operational efficiencies at Rialto Tower by decreasing emissions by more than 2,800,000 kg CO2, equating to a 4.5-star energy rated 32,000m2 NLA commercial building being “deleted” from the Melbourne skyline. As the National Head of Sustainability and Technical Services, CJ provide leadership to the sustainability team, platform operations team and our facilities management team nationally, while ensuring that the AMS technology roadmap delivery platform for best in class sustainability and technical services.
