Trevor is a well-qualified professional with a strong background in consultancy, valuation and property negotiations and a Director of Infrastructure Projects, Valuations & Advisory, located at the Parramatta office in Western Sydney.
Over the past 20 years Trevor has specialised in providing both valuation advice and property consultancy for government infrastructure projects. This has included such services as providing compensation assessments under the ‘Just Terms Act’, negotiating with landowners for the acquisition of property rights, coordinating jointly contracted consultancy teams and providing property strategy reports and projected compensation budgets.
Trevor’s areas of expertise include a broad knowledge of infrastructure projects including acting as an expert witness in both the Land & Environment Court of NSW and the NSW Supreme Court together with the valuation of commercial, industrial and residential property throughout the greater metropolitan area of Sydney and throughout NSW.
