Ryan can only be described as a new breed of leasing agent. Joining the Sydney office leasing team in 2012, he comes with an exceptional sales and leasing pedigree after a high performing career in the inner city residential sales market. His extraordinary level of enthusiasm and determination has already gained him a strong profile and individual brand as he continues to position himself as the future of Sydney leasing.

Ryan’s background has provided him with a skill set that has instantly set him apart from his competitors. A thorough understanding of both client and tenant drivers, meticulous follow up, strong lines of communication, strategic problem solving and exceptional client care and customer service are areas where Ryan prides himself and is a clear standout.

In the 2014/2015 Financial Year, Ryan successfully assisted 41 tenants and owners secure new leases, and was awarded the Budget Buster award for Knight Frank NSW. In 2015, Ryan was also a finalist for the Rising Star award for the REINSW Awards for Excellence. In 2016, Ryan was selected as the first Australian to take part in the Broadening Horizons Program, spending an intensive four week period working in the Knight Frank global head office in the UK, sharing ideas and strategies with some of the world’s best commercial property operators, to better enable him to service his clients and tenants here in Sydney.
A dedicated broker and leasing strategist specialising in tenancies sub 2000sqm, Ryan has successfully represented clients including Investa, AMP, Keppel REIT, Local Government Super, Eureka, City Freeholds, Fidinam, Centuria and Kingold.
