Knight Frank’s Director of Pubs and Hotels, Mike Wheatley, is responsible for the marketing and sale of licensed premises, a specialist property area that also requires a comprehensive understanding of liquor and gaming regulations.
Mike’s track record over 30 years is one of consistent sales of freeholds and leaseholds throughout NSW. His experience encompasses periods of extreme buoyancy as in recent times as well as poor market conditions in the early 1980’s and especially the early 1990’s.
Apart from Freehold sales, Mike also markets hotel leases, liquor licenses, gaming permits, entitlements, quality accommodation hotels and motels with up to approximately 100 rooms.
