Lindsay is a Registered Planner (Fellow) of the Planning Institute of Australia, and Manager of the Urban Design Team at Knight Frank Town Planning. With over 37 years of experience in the property development industry, Lindsay provides professional planning services in urban and regional development projects with a focus on residential estate design and development. Lindsay also has extensive experience with industrial and commercial development.
With formal training in Cartography, having gained experience with a variety of GIS Mapping products and advanced knowledge in AutoCAD including 3 dimensional modelling and rendering, Lindsay has been planning, designing, and achieving approvals for residential, commercial and industrial developments since the early 1980’s.
Lindsay has been actively involved within the ACT property industry since his arrival in 2005, having moved from Queensland for personal reasons. In that time Lindsay has become one of the ACT’s most experienced planners in residential and mixed use “greenfield” development and the rigorous approval Estate Development Plan (EDP) process in the ACT.
