Lee is a Facilities Manager with over 15 years' experience in the electrical and property industry. He is a qualified electrician with leadership qualities ad sound building management knowledge.
During his time a Facilities Manager, he has provided Facilities and Project Management services to multiple Government Agencies within the Adelaide CBD managing hard services critical infrastructure. This also included overseeing of reactive maintenance budgets, developing service procedures, policies and standards and preparing dilapidation reports. He also ensured compliance with all safety and security protocols associated with government divisions as part of his role.
Since joining Knight Frank in 2022, Lee is currently managing several major commercial office buildings in the CBD as well as multiple retail sites. In 2023, Lee won the State and National Rising Star Award at Knight Frank.
