Joe joined Knight Frank in 1985, following his earlier career in valuations with an established suburban estate agency and his experience as a property manager with a leading institution. He has served on Victorian Division Continuing Professional Development and Membership Boards from 1995 through to 2002. His valuations experience includes CBD offices, retail centres and large industrial complexes. In the category of commercial office and industrial property, Joe has carried out numerous valuations for company asset reporting, Property Trusts and major portfolio instructions. As a member of the Australian Property Institute, Joe has the requisite experience and expertise to act by appointment of the State Chair for rental determinations and has carried out numerous determinations in this capacity. Joe has undertaken major rental determinations on large office tenancies and large parcels of Port of Melbourne Corporation land. He is regularly appointed as a Specialist Retail Valuer by the Victorian Small Business Commission. Joe is a Fellow member of the Australian Property Institute, a Certified Practising Valuer and a Licenced Estate Agent. He has also been able to serve in a voluntary capacity on various Australian Property Institute committees.
