Ho-Yen is a highly experienced property professional having delivered Asset Management and Consulting services for over 30 years across Office, Industrial and Retail property in Australia and New Zealand. Ho-Yen's vast experience includes property portfolio strategy development and implementation, direction of large-scale projects and transitions, and the implementation of solution-focused approaches to achieving efficiency and consistency of service. Ho-Yen is joining us from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was most recently Head of Asset Services, NSW.
Ho -Yen is Knight Frank Partner, for AMS Client Management. Ho-Yen will be driving service excellence across our AMS Business with a focus on leading and supporting the portfolio managers of major portfolios as centres of excellence within our AMS business. Clients such as Abacus, ISPT, Mapletree, SCA and Homeco.
