Gabrielle is a Consultant in the Occupier Services Division of Knight Frank in Queensland, based in the Brisbane office. Since joining Knight Frank Gabby has worked on numerous occupier projects for clients in Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Regional Queensland. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Finance) from the University of Queensland, completing a portion of this at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, she is now committed to providing Knight Frank’s clients with specific corporate real estate strategies that span over diverse industries and markets. During Gabrielle’s time in Hong Kong she gained experience working in commercial brokerage and international investment, working closely with senior capital markets advisors and strategists. Her experience in Hong Kong is certainly valuable to assist Knight Franks clients with strategic direction in relation to Asian markets and Chinese investment strategy. Her comprehensive understanding of leases, negotiation strategies, spacing requirements and financial markets also play an integral role in helping the Occupier Services team transact in sometimes challenging market conditions.
