Adam is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is a Director in the Victorian Knight Frank Project Management & Building Consultancy team. Adam’s experience ranges both locally and internationally and currently works with a number of local, national and international clients on a range of Building Consultancy services. Adam’s expertise has been gained over a diverse range of Building Consultancy roles within the property and construction fields, over a 19 year period. Adam’s skills extend throughout; make good assessment and negotiation, building pathology and defects, technical due diligence for acquisition and divestment, schedules of condition, dilapidation surveys, reinstatement cost assessments, project management, fit-out and refurbishment projects, maintenance and cost planning, development monitoring, and contract administration. Adam is also responsible for sustainability offerings at Knight Frank and is both a NABERS and CBD accredited assessor.
