Newcastle, Australia – One of the Hunter Valley’s landmark tourism and hospitality estates, Blaxland Estate, is up for sale.

The property at 2198 Broke Road in Pokolbin consists of a substantial 10.715 hectare landholding that is home to three established cellar door experiences including Pokolbin Distillery, Savannah Estate and LTA McGuigan Wines, as well as the renowned Blaxland Inn Restaurant.

With approximately 2,160sq m of improvements, the expansive estate also has a detached accommodation residence, vineyard plantings and extensive supporting infrastructure, as well as generous onsite parking.

It is multi-tenanted with a net income of $428,780 plus GST.
