Knight Frank's AMS team announced as a finalist in FM Industry Awards for Excellence 2025

This recognition highlights the outstanding collaboration between Knight Frank’s Asset Management Services (AMS) team, AG Coombs Advisory, Delta Building Automation, and HAL Systems. The project demonstrates how a strategic, integrated approach can drive meaningful results, achieving both enhanced tenant comfort and improved building efficiency. Key achievements include a 6 Star NABERS Indoor Environment rating, a 5.5 Star NABERS Energy rating and a 62.8 per cent reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, reflecting a strong commitment to environmental performance and future-focused asset management.
