James Masselos and Adam Droubi will now both have the title of Associate Director, Investment Sales, having been promoted from Senior Sales Executive.
Both work in Knight Frank’s South Sydney office in Alexandria, headed up by Anthony Pirrottina and Demi Carigliano.
James started working at Knight Frank six years ago as part of the student program, while Adam joined Knight Frank more than a year ago, bringing with him six years of experience, including a role at another major agency.
Mr Pirrottina said the pair had had a strong year to date, having transacted $80 million worth of property in the first half of 2025.
Some significant sales this year include 33-35 Kensington St, Summer Hill ($4.03m), 351-353 King Street, Newtown ($6.48m), 28 Ross St, Forest Lodge ($4.8m) and 3 Cook Street, Glebe ($6.588m).
“We are very excited to announce these promotions, and to have both James and Adam on our team,” said Mr Pirrottina.
“James has had continued success throughout Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and Inner Sydney, selling a range of commercial freeholds, apartment blocks and development sites.
“He has won multiple awards for his performance over the past 12 months and is emerging as one of the most impressive agents within the commercial property market.”
James was recently awarded the Directors Choice Award within the NSW Investment Sales team at Knight Frank, and was a close contender in a number of other categories.
Mr Carigliano added:
“Adam joined Knight Frank 12 months ago and hit the ground running, selling nine blocks of apartments in his first 12 months and confirming himself as the leading apartment block sales agent in Sydney.
“A strong pipeline of new listings and outstanding attitude as a team player makes him deserving of the promotion.”
Mr Droubi said:
“Being part of a supportive and high-performing team has reignited my passion for property, and I think we are well positioned to continue leading the market in Inner Sydney commercial sales as the market recovers.”
Mr Masselos added:
“We continue to build momentum across a range of asset classes, and I am excited to see how we can continue to grow over the next 12 months.”
