Knight Frank appointed to manage Sim Lian – Metro Capital Pte Ltd (SLMC)’s portfolio of properties

The portfolio includes 17 mixed-use retail and commercial assets across several NSW, Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia.

The portfolio will be managed by Mike Charlton, who has joined Knight Frank from The GPT Group, alongside a blend of 12 new and existing Knight Frank colleagues.

This appointment is the biggest win for the NSW AMS team. We hope this relationship strengthens our cross collaboration by opening up a range of opportunities for our teams in Valuations, Project Management, Capital Markets, and Commercial leasing.
