A development site in Ipswich, situated southwest of Brisbane and in one of South East Queensland’s biggest growth areas, is up for sale.

The 1,215sq m property at 14 Cambridge Street in Silkstone is being taken to the market via an Offers to Purchase campaign run by Knight Frank agents Christian Sandstrom and Hayden Ryan.
