13.82 hectare freehold site in Perth’s south up for sale

The 13.82 hectare property at 85 Prinsep Road in Jandakot was previously occupied by Western Australia’s State Government electricity provider Western Power, and is being sold with vacant possession.

It has a net lettable area of 6,550sq m with improvements including offices, warehouses, washdown bay, storage sheds and heavy duty hardstand.
The property is being taken to the market via a Request for Offers campaign run by Knight Frank agents Geoff Thomson and Dean Munns on behalf of the vendor, Western Power.

Mr Munns said the site was suitable for long-term occupation as is, or for redevelopment and repositioning.
