Tim Holtsbaum

Tim is a Director within the NSW Institutional Sales team. With over fifteen years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry, Tim has acquired a diverse skill set working across the Asia Pacific region. Previously Tim worked for Jones Lang LaSalle and Pepper Property in Tenant Representation, Corporate Finance and Corporate Capital Markets. Leveraging his experience in professional advisory and transactions across all major and alternative asset classes, he brings a unique approach to our clients business requirements. Tim is concentrated on strengthening Knight Frank’s Institutional sales with Sydney’s key CBD markets.
