Lani has a been a Certified Practicing Valuer for the past six years, providing valuations and consultancy services focusing predominately on industrial facilities, commercial assets (all grades), large format and neighbourhood centre retail assets, development sites, and feasibility studies, as well as alternative investments including medical, automotive, service stations, cold storage, and boarding houses.
