Alex is the only agent (beside Westfield and Vicinity) to have concluded major deals on Pitt Street Mall, including Chaumet, LEGO, JD Sports (now Lego), Woolworths, Swatch, Suncorp Bank (now Hoka), Telstra, Uniqlo, Playtpus (now Nespresso), Sephora and Seed.
He is also the only agent (besides Dexus) to have concluded major luxury brand deals on King Street, including Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Bally (now Patek Philippe), Hugo Boss, Montblanc, Hugo Boss, Chopard, Chaumet, A. Lange & Söhne, Giorgio Armani, Tudor, Ralph Lauren, Blancpain, Rolex by The Hour Glass, Tudor and Hermès.
Alex has also secured other major luxury brand deals incl. but not limited to, Fendi, Van Cleef & Arpels, House of Kennedy (now Graff), Franck Muller, Rolex, Audemars Piguet, and Lotte Duty Free.
Alex has also concluded nearly every major deals on George St representing leading occupiers including Mecca, Uniqlo, Onitsuka Tiger, Vodafone, Optus, Rebel, HSBC, NAB, ANZ, CBA, Medibank, Bupa (now Moomoo), Nikon, Nike, Lululemon, JB HiFi, Priceline, Chemist Warehouse and Woolworths.
