Training & development

At Knight Frank, professional development and training supports everything we do. From our graduate scheme and entry level roles to senior management, our training programs influence and inspire the objectives and strategies of the business.

From your first day at Knight Frank you’ll benefit from first class training tailored for you.

Our induction day is an opportunity for all new starters to meet senior partners and gain an insight into the culture of Knight Frank. This is underpinned by our carefully selected training courses, bespoke programs designed for personal career development.

As well as your own department’s essential training, you'll have the opportunity to complete internal courses on a range of subjects from core business skills to time and self management. We also offer support for further education if necessary.

All employees have regular one-to-one meetings with their manager, as well as six monthly appraisals. These are not just about monitoring performance but also where personal goals and objectives are set.

Global perspective As a global company Knight Frank’s training programs are not UK centric but are network wide. This global perspective means we can recognise talent wherever you are in the world. And, with the help of our new Global opportunity program, employees can move around our network, improving their skill set and expanding their talent.
