Clarkson grouped housing site to be sold

05 March 2019

A large, grouped-housing development site in Perth’s northern suburb of Clarkson is to be sold by Knight Frank’s Tony Delich and James Baker.

Located on a corner site at 19 Jamaica Lane and within walking distance of the Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, the property has an existing development approval for 12, double storey grouped dwellings.

The property has a land area of 1,881 square metres with wide frontages to both Jamaica Lane and Key Largo Drive.

Knight Frank’s Senior Sales Executive, Capital Markets WA James Baker, said the site was located within Clarkson’s Activity Plan and was zoned residential R60/160.

He said the area was one of the fastest growing in WA with a population of close to 13,000 created in less than 20 years.

Mr Baker said the property would be sold by Offers to Purchase closing on March 20, 2019.
