_Highly-exposed greenfield industrial site in Western Sydney up for sale for the first time in 30 ye

Sydney, Australia – A well-exposed development site in Western Sydney is up for sale for the first time in 30 years
April 08, 2026

The property at 615 Great Western Highway in Greystanes is predominantly a vacant greenfield industrial site of 3,811sq m with an existing residence.

With highly sought after E4 zoning plus additional E3 uses such as hotel, self-storage, function centre, highway service centre, medical centre or veterinarian hospital, the property is expected to be met with strong buyer demand.

It currently has development approval for a 16,000sq m eight-storey hotel and restaurant development with 193 rooms and parking for 181 vehicles over three levels.

The property is being taken to the market via an Expressions of Interest campaign run by James Reeves, Matt Chambers and Jeff Moxham of Knight Frank.

Mr Reeves said: “615 Great Western Highway, Greystanes is a rare and unique development opportunity thanks to several characteristics such as its location, access, position, exposure, its original “greenfield” status, zoning and importantly, the DA Concept Consent paving the way for a landmark development to be created.

“With substantial frontage to the M4 Western Motorway and exposure to 150,000 vehicles passing by every day, the property offers main arterial road exposure and access, which are two of the most asked-for attributes buyers ask for.”

Mr Chambers said: “With the industrial land market in Western Sydney currently undersupplied and constrained, we are experiencing strong buyer enquiry for this offering from a wide range of parties.

“While there is a DA in place, there are a multitude of options for this site, and the enquiry we have fielded to date demonstrates that buyers are interested in many different outcomes.”

The Expressions of Interest campaign for the property will close at 4pm (AEDT) on Thursday, April 30.
