We are proud to announce that our submission, 222 Exhibition Street, Melbourne, is a finalist for the 2025 Facility Management Industry Awards for Excellence in Collaborative Partnerships category.

This recognition highlights the outstanding collaboration between Knight Frank’s Asset Management Services (AMS) team, AG Coombs Advisory, Delta Building Automation, and HAL Systems. Together, the partnership delivered exceptional building performance outcomes, setting a benchmark for sustainability, innovation and operational excellence within the industry.

The project demonstrates how a strategic, integrated approach can drive meaningful results, achieving both enhanced tenant comfort and improved building efficiency. Key achievements include a 6 Star NABERS Indoor Environment rating, a 5.5 Star NABERS Energy rating and a 62.8 per cent reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, reflecting a strong commitment to environmental performance and future-focused asset management.
