_Jeremy Prestoe appointed as Knight Frank’s Managing Director of NSW
Mr Prestoe has been promoted from his current role as Head of AMS in NSW, which he has been in since he joined the firm nearly four years ago.
Mr Prestoe has close to 30 years of experience in the commercial property industry, with previous roles at JLL, Just Projects Group and Lendlease.
In his new role as Knight Frank’s NSW Managing Director, Mr Prestoe will split his time across the business’s three NSW offices - in the Sydney CBD, North Sydney and Parramatta.
In a further appointment, Annabelle Green has been appointed to fill the role of Knight Frank’s Head of Asset Management Services (AMS) in NSW.
She has around 30 years’ experience in property, being Head of Asset Management for Region Group, and before that, at AMP Capital. She has also held roles at GPT Group, Lendlease and Westfield.
Knight Frank’s Chief Executive Officer James Patterson said Jeremy was incredibly well-liked across the business and this, combined with his experience, expertise and skills, would see him lead Knight Frank’s NSW business to success.
“Since Jeremy joined Knight Frank almost four years, he has worked tirelessly to successfully transform the culture and financial performance of our AMS NSW business,” he said.
“This has been done via a restructuring of the business, as well as developing our people to elevate our performance and improve our client experience.
“Jeremy has significantly contributed to many successful bids for our AMS team, including DWS (National), PAG, Peakstone and Sim Lian - Metro Capital (National), and his extensive connections have helped make our brand more visible.”
Mr Patterson said he was also excited to have Annabelle Green leading the NSW AMS business.
“Annabelle has worked closely with us as a consultant for more than two years, helping us grow our market share, and she has been instrumental in winning some major institutional bids,” he said.
“Annabelle brings deep institutional expertise from her previous roles, and will build on our successes in AMS in recent years.”
Mr Prestoe said: “I’m so excited about the new role, and working closely with our clients and our service line teams to deliver on some ambitious goals.
“It’s a terrific time to slot into this chair as all indicators suggest that the market is recovering in many aspects, and we expect activity to strengthen over the coming year.”
Ms Green said: “I’ve had the opportunity to work with Knight Frank first as a client and then on a consulting basis for over four years.
“During that time I’ve gained a deep appreciation for the professionalism and culture of the organisation, so I’m thrilled to be able to join the business on a permanent basis.
“I look forward to solidifying and building on the successes of our NSW AMS team to date and continuing to provide the best service for our clients.”
