_13.82 hectare freehold site in Perth’s south up for sale
The 13.82 hectare property at 85 Prinsep Road in Jandakot was previously occupied by Western Australia’s State Government electricity provider Western Power, and is being sold with vacant possession.
It has a net lettable area of 6,550sq m with improvements including offices, warehouses, washdown bay, storage sheds and heavy duty hardstand.
The property is being taken to the market via a Request for Offers campaign run by Knight Frank agents Geoff Thomson and Dean Munns on behalf of the vendor, Western Power.
Mr Munns said the site was suitable for long-term occupation as is, or for redevelopment and repositioning.
“The property will be sold on an ‘as is where is basis’, with everything in place for an incoming owner-occupier to occupy or an investor to lease,” he said.
“However, with a site coverage of only 4.75 per cent, the property provides buyers with the opportunity to further invest to develop and maximise returns.”Mr Thomson said land values in Perth were continuing to rise amid ongoing demand for the limited supply.
“This particular property is an extremely rare offering within the Perth metropolitan area given its size, and we expect it to be hotly contested by buyers during the sales campaign,” he said.
“It is a land rich asset that offers multitude of options for buyers, and it is also in a strategic location in the prime commercial and industrial precinct of Jandakot within the Cockburn Central precinct.
“It’s a highly sought after geographical location just three kilometres from Jandakot Airport and only 20 minutes from the Perth CBD, with easy access to major transport infrastructure.”
The Request for Offers campaign for the property will close at 4pm (AWST) on Thursday, 21st November.
