Knight Frank Australia, alongside Linear Designs, Compass Engineering Group and Plan Group, is proud to have partnered with Growthpoint Properties Australia to deliver their new headquarters at 101 Collins Street, Melbourne.

Placing their people at the heart of their return to the workplace, Growthpoint’s key design drivers were to support a genuine sense of community, provide choice and flexibility, and engage a productive workforce.

Central to supporting a people-focused business with a fun and social team was designing a large breakout space, to provide a vibrant and energising community area for the team. An adopted hybrid working model maintains a dedicated desk for all, with greater emphasis placed on significantly increasing collaborative spaces and technology-enabled meeting and focus rooms.

A lively colour palette represents rich Australian landscape tones of terracotta, clay and blue. A careful selection of high quality Australian-sourced blockwork, brick and timber materials and finishes reflective of the construction industry features prominently throughout the fit out. Workstations and furniture have been chosen with a very deliberate focus on sustainable products, sourced from local Australian suppliers and designers.
